Most online tool sites weren’t built with India in mind. They price in dollars, they have never heard of a GSTIN or an IFSC code, and more often than not, your file gets uploaded to a server somewhere before you see the result. Tax and HR utilities aren’t much better; they’re scattered across CA blogs and PDF downloads, half of them out of date.
ToolBharat is our answer to that. Merge a PDF, calculate GST, generate an appointment letter, validate a PAN, convert an amount into words the way an Indian invoice would write it. All of it works on a slow 4G connection, all of it is priced in rupees (mostly zero), and none of it needs your files to leave your phone or laptop to work.
Most tools finish in under a second. There's no upload to wait for and no queue to sit in, because the processing happens on your device, not ours.
Your files are never sent to our servers in the first place. We didn't add a privacy clause after the fact; we built the tools so there was nothing to protect.
